The road to efficiency
If an attorney is to do his or her job effectively, he or she needs a tool that is not a solitaire. No modern software for attorneys will get far without integrations.
Evolio can seamlessly connect with APIs of other systems, thanks to which it draws information from, for example, data boxes, the Insolvency Register, ARES and others. So you have everything you need in one single place.
Available integrations
Authorized conversion
During the authorized conversion, the document is converted from paper to electronic form, or the electronic document is converted into paper form. The document thus created has the same legal effects as the document whose transfer resulted in.
Proceedings at the Land Register
Supervision of proceedings at the Land Registry. You enter a procedure number in the file and Evolio will start checking to see if there have been any changes. For each change, it generates a notification in the form of a task in the file.
ISIR - Insolvency Register Check
Evolio monitors existing entities in the database and alerts you to new insolvencies and changes to existing ones. When a new subject is added, it is automatically vetted.
Data boxes
They are integrated into Evolio so that you can work with data messages as easily as with emails. In the Mailroom module, each lawyer sets up their own mailbox and determines who has the right to read mail from their mailbox.
E-book of escrows of the Czech Bar Association
Reporting of escrows to the Electronic book of escrows of the Czech Bar Association. It is created directly in the depositories, where Evolio saves your time and fills in the data from the depositories directly into the report.
InfoSoud
Integration with InfoSoud provides several possibilities. If a change occurs, you are alerted to it by the task. You can also filter out files where nothing has happened in the proceedings for some time. And right from the file, you can click on the InfoSoud page.
InfoDiscussions
The link to InfoDiscussions provides details of the meetings ordered. The lawyer creates a task in the lawyer’s file that includes the details of the meeting, including a click-through to a list of meetings in that room. You can easily find out how much time the judge has for you.
Monitoring changes in the Commercial Register
Monitoring changes to companies in the Commercial Register includes changes to the company name, managing directors or board of directors, owners and registered office. You are notified of the new change via task.
ARES - Register of Economic Entities
The link to the ARES register allows you to retrieve information when entering a new company or sole trader. Users do not have to re-enter specific data, which significantly increases data accuracy.
EPR - Electronic Payment Order
Bulk EPR generation uses smart templates to generate EPR batches without user intervention. The actual procedure involves generating XML and communicating with the justice servers.
ISIR - Insolvency application
Přihláška do insolvenčního řízení bude vygenerována díky inteligentním šablonám. In normal cases, no user intervention is required, but a mode with additional text editing can be used.
InfoDocument
From a non-valid EPR, Evolio gets a specific identifier, which it then uses to monitor the status of the document in the InfoDocument service. Once the PM is acquired, the document is automatically withdrawn to the file with a marked endorsement. Users are informed by task.
Company database MERK
A database of companies and tradesmen packed with useful data. It contains a clear history of the company, data from the financial statements, links to other people and companies, as well as verified contact persons and e.g. mentions in the media.
Central Register of Distrainments
Lustration in the central register of executions by birth number, date of birth or ID number. Lustration in CEE is a paid service provided in cooperation with Nebankovni-Registr.cz, s.r.o.
Non-bank register
It is a tool that provides a comprehensive assessment of a client’s creditworthiness by combining external and internal registry data.
Bulk import from Excel or XML
Allows you to import claims and lawyer files in bulk. In the case of receivables management, financials and other data are also imported. The preparation and execution of the import can be handled by an ordinary user.
Import of payments from the bank
Import of incoming payments from the bank. It is used for matching issued invoices, deposits or for matching payments in receivables. You can pair multiple bank accounts at the same time.
Integromat
It is an integration platform that automates processes and thus saves your time. It connects online applications and services, transmits and transforms data. All without programming knowledge.
Business Journal (SK)
Link to the Slovakian Commercial Bulletin, which tracks bankruptcies declared against debtors. Users are notified of the new audition by a task.
MS Azure Full-text Search
Full-text search in documents. It can also search text in scanned PDFs (accuracy depends on scan quality). It is only available for customers who have the cloud version.
Zapier
A tool that can connect APIs to more than 3000 different applications and transfer data from one application to another.
Power BI
A tool from Microsoft that makes it easy to analyze and visualize data. Power BI can collect and process large amounts of data from various sources.
SMS gateway
Integration with 4 different SMS gateways. Allows you to send SMS directly from the file with one click. You can use a template system or send bulk SMS to manage your receivables.
Asterisk Virtual PBX
Tight integration with the virtual PBX allows users to dial phone numbers directly from Evolio or replay stored calls. Of course, incoming call identification with caller file display is also available.
Predictive autodialer Wombat
Autodialer significantly increases the productivity of call centre operators by tens of percent. It reduces unnecessary delays and predictively estimates call centre capacity.
Daktela
