Evolio and its summer version 2024.1.

AI features

AI content summary, “AI info” function

Right at the beginning of this version, we prepared this functionality for you, which we have also gradually fine-tuned for its perfection. It is an AI info tool that will suggest a reply to an incoming email or print a brief content from a selected document.

Connecting Claud AI’s advanced AI models to existing infrastructure

The first AI model added to Evolio was the well-known ChatGPT, and all versions of it. But we wanted to offer you more variety of models, so we added advanced AI models from Claud AI.

 

Billing

Setting up a billing report

As part of the billing editing, a report table has been added to the settings where you can now click or un-click the columns you want to appear in the billing. For example, you can take away the“Reported” column as it may not be desirable for you to have the client see the actual time spent on the task, but only what is billed.

Possibility of removing the file from the issued bill

When you wanted to remove the last statement from your billing, you were automatically left with a file tab with nothing on it. In this version we have fixed this and now you can remove the entire tab using the“Remove file from billing” button.

 

Reporting

Hours budget in the quick overview of the employee statement

If you don’t have access to the reporting tab, you can check your hours worked, the forecast until the end of the month and the required number of hours in the reporting status. Here you can see how many hours you have already worked during the month, how many hours you still need to work to reach your monthly target, and the total number of hours you have to report for the month. This way, you can easily track your progress and adjust your work to reach your desired goal.

Documents

Preview documents without opening

This new feature is perfect for those of you who want to view a document without having to open it or download it unnecessarily! Just hover your mouse over the document and you will see an eye icon that you can click on to see a preview. If you then want to correct the document, you do so by clicking on the blue open button. Next, you can download the file or open it via the Synchronizer.

 

Billing

Unlinking of invoice number and VS

You can decide whether you want the variable symbol to match the invoice number. You can change either the variable symbol or the invoice number by simply overwriting it. Whether you overwrite one or the other, a message will pop up. For example: you change the invoice number and a message pops up asking if you want to change the variable symbol as well. Of course, you can also do it the other way around.

Mail

Options to cancel hybrid mail

Previously, you cancelled the hybrid mail through Postservice, but then there were other steps you had to go through. Our solution was to add a cancel button directly into Evolia to make the process easier.
