In the January updates, we focused on improving the user experience, introducing new features and optimizing existing processes. Get ready to see the highlights of what we have in store for you and find out how these new features will make your daily work easier.

Better overview of your tasks and deadlines
Now you can customize the view to suit your needs – choose a 7, 10, 15 day or 1 month view and get more control over your deadlines.
You have a click-through option to quickly expand your view, as well as a separate“My Work” item.
No restrictions on short-term planning – all important dates are always at hand!

Invoice overview in one place!
A new feature that will make your work easier is the addition of a tab with an overview of all invoices that have been issued to a specific client. This tab will allow you to quickly and conveniently find all relevant invoices directly in the client’s profile, which will simplify payment control and document filing.
No more lengthy searches – now you have all your invoices in one place!
Documents
Ability to send documents in bulk
The new feature allows you to select documents in a folder in bulk and send them via mailbox or email all at once. Just select the files you want, click“Send“, and they will all be automatically added as attachments.
We’re also adding bulk editing capabilities so you can work more efficiently and quickly with the documents in your folder.
No more complicated adding one at a time – it’s all done in a few clicks!
Integration
Multiple user names for the CAK custody records
For law firms with multiple lawyers, we have prepared a new feature that allows you to enter multiple user names for integration with the CAK custody records. This new feature reflects the requirements for each attorney to work under their own account.
This makes it possible, for example:
- Record escrows based on a specific username.
- Simplify administration for multiple users in the office.
- Ensure that the tasks are exactly as required by the CAK.
Possibility of selecting documents from another file.
Do you want to attach an invoice or billing from a file to an email, but can only select a file from your computer?
This feature allows you to easily assign a file from your file directly when sending an email. Just click on “Assign file from file”, select the file and then the specific document.
To make linking even easier, Evolio also asks you ” Do you want to associate an email with a file?”.
No need to save any more files – you can do everything right in Evol!
Do you find yourself wanting to send an attachment in an email but sometimes forgetting to do so? No more problem!
This feature will save you from unpleasant situations. If you mention the word “attachment” (or variants of it) while writing an email and forget to attach it, a dialog will appear asking if you want to add the attachment or send the email as is.
No more stressing about forgotten attachments – your email in Evolio will think of it for you!
