Instatus is a new app that you can easily find in Evolus by clicking on our support button. It provides you with clear and quick information about the current status of the Evolia system and its parts. Not only will you learn about the current stage of the process and the reasons for the situation, but also about planned unavailability, for example due to a software update.
Where can you find instatus?
When you click the support button, you’ll see an intuitive display of the current system status. This indicator is designed to give you quick information at a glance. However, if you are interested in more details, simply click on this indicator to open more detailed information.
When you click on it, you will see the monitoring of the three basic parts of Evolia. The main application monitors the running of Evolia as such, the Services and Integration section informs about the status of services such as Infosoud, Insolvency Register or Authorized conversions and more. For these services, we report not only our internal status, but also outages and maintenance reported to their providers. The last part is the Other section, which includes other standalone applications, e.g. Synchronizer or Power Reporting. Each of these sections shows the status for the last 30 days. All events are recorded in history and so you can easily trace what was dealt with on a particular day and how long the event lasted.
However, if this is still not enough for you and you would like to know more, just hover over the event and click with your mouse. You will be shown the whole history with all the details. At the bottom you will find, among other things, the entire history.
Always be in the loop – get information about outages and maintenance
If you wish to be kept informed, you can set up a subscription for updates in Instatus. You can choose not only notifications email, but also other information channels, such as sending a message to your company Teams. The setup is very simple. In the app, you click on the mobile menu in the top right corner, select subscribe to updates, and then choose where you’d like your notifications to go.
